This event brought together early career researchers from across Wales for a day of knowledge sharing and networking.
The programme featured a keynote from Learned Society of Wales Fellow Dr Emma Yhnell on challenging conventional thinking in academia, three-minute research flash-talks, a poster competition, and networking lunch with Fellows.
UK Young Academy delivered a workshop on developing leadership skills through membership, alongside sessions on publishing, policy engagement in the Senedd, supporting Black women academics, and implementing the Well-being of Future Generations Act.
