Bio
Franck Courbon MRes., MPhil., MEng., PhD. is Founder & CEO of Ethicronics, a central Cambridge company pioneering software solving electronics hardware problems – starting with electronics hardware assurance.
Under his leadership, Ethicronics has been awarded significant InnovateUK and Defence And Security Accelerator (DASA) funding, Franco-British Business Awards Small Business of the Year and Business Weekly Cambridge Graduate Business of the Year in 2024.
Strong of world leading corporate (3.5years at Gemalto Security Labs (Marseille Area, France)), academic (7 years Postdoc/Fellow/Project Lead at the University of Cambridge) and startup (2.5 years as CEO Ethicronics) experience, Franck serves as Cambridge University Engineers’ Association (CUEA) Executive Committee Member, FormTheFuture Ambassador (sharing a vision/journey to students prior GCSE choices) and University of Cambridge Lucy Cavendish College By-Fellow.
Franck’s vision, integrity, and dedication to diversity and knowledge dissemination position him as a future ambassador for UK science and technology innovation on the global stage.
