Bio

Sophie Frost is an interdisciplinary researcher whose work focuses on the relationship between digital technology, skills, leadership, and labour in the cultural and creative industries. She is Course Lead – Creative Leadership for University of the Arts London and Honorary Research Fellow in the Institute for Digital Culture at the University for Leicester.

Sophie is currently a British Academy Innovation Fellow under their Policy-led (Digital Society) scheme, in collaboration with Bridging Responsible AI Divides (BRAID), supported by the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology and the Arts and Humanities Research Council. She is embedded with the Department for Culture, Media, and Sport (DCMS) working on a project entitled ‘Fostering economic growth across the UK through digital innovation in DCMS sectors’.
