Bio
Khaleda Zaheer is the CEO of Refugee Crisis Foundation, an international humanitarian organisation dedicated to capacity building in the health and education sector in low-resource settings,. With nearly a decade of experience, she has been at the forefront of enhancing health outcomes for vulnerable populations in refugee camps across Europe and Asia. Since 2018, Khaleda has led the largest oral healthcare programme for Rohingya refugees in Bangladesh, the world’s largest refugee camp. She is also leading a capacity building programme for healthcare workers in Afghanistan and rebuilding dental education in Gaza.
