The UK Young Academy launches 2025 call for passionate changemakers across all sectors

Passionate, dedicated, and ready to lead? The UK Young Academy is now accepting applications for its fourth cohort of members.
We’re inviting emerging leaders from every sector and background to be part of our vibrant, interdisciplinary community of early-career researchers, innovators, and professionals.

As a member of the UK Young Academy, you’ll join a dynamic network of early-career leaders from across the UK, each bringing their unique perspectives and expertise from backgrounds ranging from academia, industry, the arts, business, and beyond.

Our members work together to influence policy, lead innovative projects, and foster collaboration across disciplines — from climate resilience and education reform to health equity and responsible technology.
