Bio
Oleksandra Moskalenko is an economist specializing in macroeconomic policies, economic resilience, and post-war recovery. She is a Duisenberg Fellow at the Netherlands Institute for Advanced Study in the Humanities and Social Sciences (NIAS-KNAW) and a Visiting Professor at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Originally from Ukraine, Oleksandra has held academic positions at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman (Ukraine) and has contributed to international research on economic development, fiscal policy, and green transition. Her work explores how economies navigate crises, particularly in wartime and post-war contexts. She has received prestigious research grants and fellowships, including from the Austrian National Bank and the Ukrainian Parliament. Passionate about using economic insights for policy impact, she actively collaborates with global institutions to shape strategies for economic recovery and resilience.
