Bio
Thaddeus works professionally as a Senior Environmental Manager Europe & Asia at Bodycote, where he leads initiatives to improve the operations sustainability. Prior to that, he has operations sustainability experience as Global Senior Manager Sustainability at Philips and manufacturing leadership experience including decarbonisation in roles such as Engineering Manager Projects at Croda and Cargill. In addition to his current role at Bodycote, he serves on the Board of Trustees of World Energy Council and on the Supervisory Boards of World Vision Netherlands & Triodos Investment Management. His work often bridges the gap between engineering and sustainability, ensuring that environmental considerations are integral to business strategy.
Despite transitioning out of Engineering, Thaddeus retains a strong connection to the profession through the engineers he works with and through chemical engineering advisory board positions at the University of Southampton and Brunel University.
