Bio
Thomas A. Fleming is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Arctoris. He is an organic chemist by background, with research experience in early-stage drug discovery, chemical biology, cheminformatics and laboratory automation. Thomas is a Fellow of the Royal Societies of Biology, Chemistry, and Arts, Manufactures and Commerce. He was previously an Industrial Fellow with the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851 at the University of Oxford, and an Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Leadership Fellow at the Royal Academy of Engineering. Thomas is a European Laboratory Research and Innovation Group (ELRIG) Impact Award winner, and is cited in the Top 100 Most Influential People in Healthcare and Lifesciences.
