Beyond his corporate roles, Thaddeus has been a member of several boards, including the World Energy Council’s Future Energy Leaders, where he empowered young professionals to lead in energy transition. He also has contributed to community-driven projects through roles with organizations like World Vision Netherlands and previously served on the board of the Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers UK (AFBE-UK), promoting diversity in engineering.
